Flat block vibrates when heavy vehicles like bus go past., 1st April
Calder Court has been experiencing vibrating for many months now, whenever a heavy vehicle like the C10 bus or coaches pass by the stretch of road opposite Calder Court, Canada Wharf and The Blacksmith Arms pub. The problem is more noticeable lately ie the vibration is felt deeper in our building.
Southwark Council had previously solved the problem by resurfacing a specific stretch of road between Calder Court and the Blacksmith Arms. Please could that be done again?
Would very much like to avoid structural damage and a potential Grenfell type disaster that affects an entire block of people. Thank you.

Abandoned car parked for months, 20th March
Hi team,
We are the managing agent of the property and reported the case of an abandoned car, with a number plate WU57 AXV, on 9 Feb 2024.
More than one month goes by, the car is still parked within the property, only that it has moved from one side of the property to the other side.
Could you please advise what the Council will do to remove this car from the communal area of the property?
Or do we need to escalate this matter to other governmental departments to get something done? The car has been in the property for months.
Looking forward to receiving your reply.
Thank you so much.
