The street is littered with rubbish as the recycling bags were left out by the bin man and collected much later. This has given the fox's ample time to tear open the bags and litter the street. Tuesdays road sweeper never came .

Packs of dogs off leash, 30th April
The past 2 years there has been a rise of packs of dogs (some times 15*per walker) all off leashes. I have seen dog walking business vans and notices in the area/, none from borough of Hackney. Dog attacks, chasing runners etc is the norm now.

Huge bags of sand, rocks and other debris dumped on pavement, 30th April
Most of the pavement is blocked due to the house at 147 Powerscroft Road which is undergoing a renovation. They have dumped large amounts of building material on the pavement for 2 weeks. There's been 2 injuries to children so far due to this.

People fly tipping on street and in communal bin area, 29th April
People have moved out yesterday (28.04.24) and have fly tipped all on the street outside our block and dumped all their remaining household waste, furniture etc in our communal bin store meaning that our waste collectors will not empty the bins.

I belive the people or landlord from 268 Murchison Road have just moved in have dumped stuff from their rented property. Rather than dump it in their front yard they have dumped it in the grassy bits opposite in two places for some reason. It seems to be too much of a coincidence for this to happen and people are in there this weekend.
