Loose manhole cover with crumbling tarmac on Pechwintan Terrace, 9th January
It's outside no. 7 Penchwintan Terrace. The photos show the same cover 3 weeks apart and you can see there is significant degradation over that time. The road sees heavy use and whenever a car drives over the cover it (and the tarmac) wobbles causing an alarmingly loud noise. It looks sunken and very unstable and there are loose pieces of tarmac, presenting a hidden hazard for road users. The issue has been present for over 2 months but has significantly worsened due to the recent bad weather.

29 Greenwood Avenue Inconsiderate Parking, 13th October
The occupier of 29 Greenwood Avenue - LL571TH. Owns a silver Vauxhall agila and her son owns a Red ford fiesta and repeatedly leave massive gaps in between their cars to stop and prevent other people from parking outside their houses. I know it’s difficult for the council to enforce but it’s difficult for the elderly that live nearby and it’s completely unnecessary. This issue has been on going for months if not years. Pictures show the amount of gap left by the owners of the vehicles and the resulting blocked junction.

Parking on double yellow at junction, 17th July
This is a common occurrence, where cars are parked either for quick drop offs or for extended time. Since I park at Bangor railway station, often I have had to do an emergency stop after turning in from the direction towards Bangor, which is a blind spot. This is a double yellow line road. The fact that people choose to park right at the junction is very dangerous.
