Rubbish strewn all over the place, 13th May
The house in question is No.2 Glasfor Terrace on Penpaled Rd in Criccieth. It is an HMO or what most people would call a does house. Run by a lazy landlord who does nothing to improve the house or the street. He should be paying for a business licence when it comes to refuse collection because the house creates too much for the usual residential service to cope. Extra rubbish therefore ends up in bags and the seagulls do the rest.

Potential serious accident, 25th June
I recently witnessed what could have been a very serious accident. I was following a lady pushing a pram along the very narrow stretch of pavement when she was hit behind her right shoulder by the passenger side wing mirror of a passing van. The impact caused her to push the pram up on to the grass embankment but fortunately the child remained in the pram. Had she been walking in the opposite direction and been hit on the front of her left shoulder the pram could have been tossed into the roadway and oncoming traffic. This stretch of pavement needs rapid attention and widened to normal width. I believe this is not the first time this has happened. The lady continued towards Criccieth but was obviously in pain and massaging her shoulder. M. Williams

Entire road worn with numerous cracks and potholes, 30th March
The road has been repaired multiple times but to a poor quality. The road is heavily worn out with numerous cracks and potholes. The road is extremely uneven at the entrance. The last repair job was witnessed where the lorry wheel was used to flatten the tarmac by driving over it a number of times back and forth. Car damages and worse still personal injuries are becoming increasingly likely.

Dead Car left to rot, 12th February
This vehicle has been left unattended outside the Moelwyn Restaurant in Cruccieth throughout the whole of last summer and it's still there. It has been reported to DVLA but nothing has been done. It is currently listed as SORN so it has no right to be there. Please get my local council to respond positively and get it taken away.

Rubbish piling up for months, 15th November
Rubbish has been piling up for months outside the Moelwyn. The owner does not care and refuses to deal with it. It smells and the back of the place is absolutely disgusting for somewhere that is displaying a hygiene rating of 5. The system is clearly not working. Do something about it before somebody else does.

Constant mess outside Moelwyn restaurant, 20th October
The owner of this establishment refuses to clean up the mess at the back of his restaurant and the council have failed on more than one occasion to force him to have some respect for other residents. Rubbish just piles up and it encourages rats which I have to contend with.

Brambles overhanging the footpath behind Mona Terrace., 22nd September
I have been swiped across the face on more than one occasion by these overgrown and over hanging brambles which are hard to avoid if it is breezy. The brambles are up to 10 feet long. This passageway is frequently used by both locals and holidaymakers. I have asked the owners of the garden (The Moelwyn Restaurant) if they could prune them, but this has not been done.

Hazard, 8th January
I recently witnessed a little girl injuring her face as she walked past the twigs sticking out from the base of the tree in front of the Health Centre. Fortunately it didn't go in her eye. Please trim these twigs back to the main trunk asap. A similar problem occurs about 20 metres down the road and also across the way in front of the old people's home.

Gorseddfa Estate, Criccieth, 4th August
This estate consists of 48 properties. Nos. 1-8 have a sign showing their loacation but the rest of us don't! This is a major problem for delivery vehicles but more importantly for the Emergency Services. I know of one gent who had suffered a heart attack but the Ambulance had difficulty finding his home. Is there any chance you could provide signage for the rest of the estate to get rid of this problem? If not could you please explain why not - my email address is ' mikewilliams37@btinternet.com ' and phone number is 01766 522776. Diolch.
