Parking on pavements, 29th January
Fairways is a small street of cul de sacs. The parking is bad on the whole street, however at the entrance, the back of the first cilul de sac on the left as you enter there are several cars being parked illegally and blocking the whole pavements by residents from the Villas in the street behind, accessing through the arch tunnel. Several times i have asked them not to do this as i can't get passed here with my elderly relative in a wheelchair and my sister has a new born baby and is having to walk along the road which is always congested. We also have 5young children in our family, the drivers don't care to look before reversing and driving off at high speeds. Its extremely dangerous and has been going on for the past 12months or more. I want the matter resolved immediately or will be going to the newspapers with this dangerous hazard.

Car sorn off road MOT expired October 2022, 7th September
This car T394DCD Mercedes silver is sorn off road and mot expired October 2022 is parked along with another car G377TTV Mercedes silver which is taxed but mot expired April 2023. The are causing anything big going up or down road to have to part drive on opposite side of road which will eventually cause damage to pavement and curb, bin lorries etc. Car sorn of road should not be parked on road and these cars are parked part on pavement blocking pavement totally.

Mirror on Junction out of position., 11th June
Hi, The mirror has recently been replaced opposite the junction (see pic) on Bangor road to aid pulling out of the junction opposite from travelling traffic from under the railway bridge towards Conwy. Two cars both blocking pavement, 3rd May
Mothers with prams, wheelchair users and children are all having to walk in the road because there’s cars blocking both sides daily. They’re also parking on the white lines after a speed bump. There is 7 car space’s approximately 6M away from where they’re parking so there’s plenty of space

Rubbish blighting back street., 24th December
Someone put out extra bagged rubbish on collection day, but of course refuse collectors don't take rubbish not binned. The consequence is as you see.

Footpath, 24th November
There are paving stones placed on the grass and I tripped on them causing me bruising and discomfort, outside the house called Ronaldsway on council owned grass on the path.

Cul de sac turnaround blocked, 9th November
The street is a cul de sac. There’s very limited parking. There is a turnaround at the top of the hill which was placed there to allow ease of access. This area has been occupied for several months by two large vehicles, one being a Conwy Council work van. Residents of the street have witnessed recycling trucks, ambulances and fire engines having to reverse down the narrow hill, for quite some distance due to having no place to turnaround. According to section 206 of the Highway Code ‘You MUST NOT reverse your vehicle further than necessary.’ If large vehicles were not permitted to park in these two spaces then reversing downhill would not be necessary, emergency services would have necessary access and it would reduce the likelihood for future potential accidents.
