Uneven road, 17th April
This road is used daily by us on foot and by car. The road is uneven with potholes and we can no longer drive down without hitting them. The corner just below these photos also has a large pothole. These are causing damage to our and our neighbours vehicles. Children also walk to school this way daily. The road is in a very poor state of disrepair.

Locked gate obstructing access to a legal byway open to all traffic, 31st January
I am a member of north wales Trail Riders Fellowship who frequently rides the byway open to all traffic and other legal routes in Wales. On Tuesday 23rd January 2024, i attempted to ride along the lane with grid ref. SJ166430 as shown on your attached map, we found that the gate has been locked using a chain an padlock as shown in the photie, the hinge side of the gate has also been secured so that it cannot be opened.. We also noticed that a style has been added to the left of the gate, but this is still clearly shown as a BOAT on OS maps and alo your map attached to this enquiry. we have ridden this lane for many years and this is the first time that it has ever been locked to prevent access.

Large pot hole, 12th June
It's a very large pot hole and other smaller ones, which are on a corner. There's no pavement, but a lot of people walk and cycle this road. I am concerned it may damage cars, or if cars try to avoid the pot hole there is no pavement for pedestrians and cyclists to get out of the way, and they could be hit.

Huge pot holes in pavement, 6th June
On the pavement at the top of New Inn Terrace there are huge pot holes, and the tarmac has eroded away from the kerb. The pavement here is already on a significant slope as it is also vehicle access for the houses down the lane which slopes away from the A5. The pot holes are so significant that parents with pushchairs are having to walk into the A5 so they don't risk tipping their children out. It is also impossible for persons in a wheel chair or mobility scooters to navigate, and people with high heels etc. This part of the pavement is frequently used as the village bus stop is next to it, the school bus and school taxis picks up from this location too. An elderly resident in the terrace also finds it incredibly difficult to walk this part of the pavement as he is reliant on crutches.

Large and numerous potholes clustered together, 1st May
Dangerous potholes. Vehicles are having to swerve around them to avoid damage to their vehicles, and there aren't any pavements for pedestrians to stay safe when vehicles are swerving.
Very dangerous for cyclists and motorcycles too as they are more focused on the bend ahead than the cluster of potholes which could cause them serious injury falling from bikes.

Multiple potholes over 150m stretch of tarmac on the River Dee end of the road from Glyndyfrdwy to Bryneglwys on very steep hill. Makes braking hazardous. Dangerous for cyclists too., 1st June
Repeated attempts to patch up previous potholes are now revealing a much larger area of the road surface that’s damaged.

18 inch potholes, 20th March
The pothole was filled a few months back, but the "tarmac patch" has all eroded away now and the hole is even bigger. There is no pavement, so my concern is not only damage to cars, but to pedestrians as cars try to avoid the huge holes! The pothole could also cause serious injury to cyclists.

A dozen black bin bags dumped on verge, 20th August
Bags are repeatedly getting dumped here and not getting taken away by the refuse team for weeks and just pile up, stickers saying waste hasn't been sorted properly - or similiar- on some of the bags. Causing issues for those living near by because of vermin.
