Pothole 4-5inches deep 2 on rd by Plas Perthi side of road and puddles of water lane, 27th August
There is to massive potholes between Pen y Ffrith and Plas Perthi .There is always big puddles as well there even on a dry day .The potholes are verry deep about 4 " and are 14" wide dangerous.

Road extremely bad, shaking our cars tobits, 29th March
Been living up this road for nearly a year. Road was bad when we moved in but has become extremely bad over the winter. Our vehicles are being badly shaken by potholes and severely damaged road surface. It is located up from the A494 toward ty newydd, Have notified Denbighshire County council, and some small pot holes appear to have been filled but not made any difference, Please can this be sorted

Road is falling apart, often floods, 5th July
Unclassified road from top of Alt y Billo, past Pen y Graig Farm past Garreg Einws, to junction with B5429. The whole road is starting to fall apart, large sections of road now missing tarmac down to rubble and bedrock, So many previous patches its like driving over numerous speed humps. Section just before Pen Y Graig always floods, even though it has had some attention. Numerous deep potholes.
