**urgent action needed** road falling away, 10th December
Hi, There is a section of the road just past Llandegla crossroads on the A525 (Ruthin direction) that is at risk of vehicles leaving the road as part of the road/verge has worn away. Broken now missing manhole cover, 7th May
Broken now missing manhole cover.
My 5 year old son stepped on the manhole cover opposite the crown pub walking back to the camp site and it broke and he fell through. He fell into the drain which was full of water and it came up to his chest. Obviously this was a dangerous thing to happen and left him shook up. Luckily i was carrying my 3 year old at the time and it didnt happen to him else the water would have gone over his head!
The 1.5 foot hole is now exposed and needs covering else another child falls in.

Road falling away, 10th April
**URGENT** After passing the crossroads at Llandegla on the A525 heading towards Ruthin, There is a farm on the right hand side. The location of this report is just past the farm on the left hand side. The road verge has worn away causing an extremely large drop down from the road. Our house shakes violently when a lorry, bus or large vehicle drives past, 14th May
Within the past 3 - 4months we have noticed that when a lorry, bus or any large vehicle drives past our house, the whole house shakes violently. This has been steadily increasing to the point where it is now unbearable. The glass in one window has cracked and the render on the outside of the house is starting to crack and fall off. We would be very grateful if someone could take a look and fix the issue before our house is reduced to rubble.

Large Pothole, 21st January
Large pothole in the road between Llandegla village and Bodidris Hall. The road is marked with temporary road signs warning of a bumpy road ahead, which have been there for over 6 months, but since the weekend the road has began to brake up with one very large pot hole appearing, will cause damage to vehicles if not repaired soon.

Badly broken road surface and numerous potholes for most of the length A5104 approx one mile from Llandegla towards Treyddyn as far as the top of the moor past the fishing lake signs, especially on the bend as noted previously.

Severe road degradation, 5th April
The roundabout at the end of the Horseshoe Pass/A5104 is in a very poor repair and has possibly already been a contributory cause of one motorcyclists death. The road is in a very poor state, extremely rutted and potholed. Just what is not needed at a roundabout.
