Dog howling & barking all day & through night, 12th March
The dogs are owned by someone who lives in Beulah but they house their dogs in Garth The are always barking day & night. This latest dog howling is its choice all day Saturday 11th March 2023 and it has continued all through the night & is still howling now at 6.57am Sunday morning 12th March. Couple of weeks ago we had to ring them to come and collect a dog barking at 1am + as my partner works fulltime and couldn't get to sleep. He is a builder working on roofs, ladders etc. We tried to ring them again today but they have changed their number.

Conflicting Signs on Right of Way, 7th November
One sign says Unsuitable for Motors, (which means they are allowed but may not find it suitable), the other sign shows bridleway which usually means Motors are committing an offence to use unless authorised.
Thus this is an offence by the highway authority in deterring use therefore obstructing the highway, and failure to assert and protect HA80 s130.

Finger post shows Bridleway on a BOAT, 8th September
Unsuitable for Motors indicates rights exists for motor vehicles, although may not be 'suitable', but the bridleway sign indicates it can only be used on foot, horse and pedal cycles. This led to a challenge by a person claiming a vehicle was using the highway illegally, which was NOT the case. The signage is unlawful.
