Culvert Blocking, 23rd February
The culvert taking the water off the fell is struggling to take the water flowing along the beck. The reason apears to be two fold. The culvert is partially blocked with stone and gravel that has been brought down over the last 12 month. Separatly it is belived there is timber blocking the pipe under the road. Significant risk of flooding is been caused to the Alms Houses

Potholes, 15th August
There is a stretch of potholes/sink hole on the road joining the bridge, feels like the gap between the bridge and road is sinking. This dip is very deep.

Hedge growing out into the road at Greenhill, Crossoak, Talybont on Usk. Broke another mirror on my lorry yesterday. The photo I've uploaded is from google earth and taken in the summer but it shows the problem. It's on quite a fast piece of narrow road and with a bend at the far end. With a tractor or lorry you have to keep out in the road., 3rd May
The hedge has not been cut back for several years now.
