Very sad to see. My wife and I had been driving around Brecon taking in the beautiful landscape, pulled in to stretch our legs only to discover all this litter + on the verge.

Alomg this stretch of road both sides of the carriageway is full of litter. There is so much of it that it looks as if it has come from a vehicle carrying such refuse
