Flooding on Pinfold Lane, Halsall, 19th January
Pinfold Lane was flooded again this morning (19th Jan 2021). The surface water is coming off the farmer's field (Pinfold School side) and flooding the highway (photo attached). Vehicles are driving around the water and towards oncoming traffic. This problem has been reported on here before and the problem has not been resolved. There is an overgrown ditch which has not been maintained. This road does not have any street lighting at night.

Flooding again on pinfold lane, halsall, 29th October
This is a CONTINUOUS problem on Pinfold Lane, Halsall. Excess water from the farmer's field is flooding the lane again. Water travels from Pinfold Lane down into Morris Lane. Vehicles travelling from Pinfold Lane into Morris Lane drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid the flood water and again I have nearly been hit in my vehicle. THIS IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. Both of these roads are not lit at night. Please can this situation be immediately assessed by Highways asap. Thank you.

Deep (approx 4 - 5 inch) straight sided pothole just after bend under tree canopy on Dam Wood Lane 50mph road. HIGHLY dangerous. Near to centre of road. Someone will get hurt soon if this is not addressed.

Large pothole near drain, 17th March
This hole has been reported on numerous occasions, there is water pouring from it, the water is running down the road bringing sand and silt flooding across the road. Our grandchildren have to walk through to get to and from the school bus daily

Over 5 servere pot holes on one side of the road, so bad I have cracked two alloys on them and now only left with the choice to drive on the other side of the road to avoid them.

Hedge overgrown, 24th August
Pavement not useable as bramble hedge overgrown across pavement. Pedestrians have to walk on road avoiding speeding traffic. Hedge runs alongside horse field.problem has been present for several months and getting worse.
