Illegal parking on single yellow line Saturday around midday, 29th January
This area of road has a single yellow line with parking not allowed between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday, but this is basically being ignored. On Saturday just gone, there was a whole row of cars parked there around midday, many of them for the whole time I was there (about 30 minutes).

Pavements covered with leaves slippy three large leaks, 29th November
Leaks on either side of Deansgate Lane North towards Southport road. Large pools of water plus running water hazardous in the cold weather plus large amounts of leaves on pavement and road again hazardous. Leak’s at least two weeks old. Numerous reports to United Utilities.

Fly tipping, 17th October
Plastic barrier dumped on College Road, Formby, next to the fence near the railway line. Perhaps this could be collected with the previously reported fly tipped items along College Road (I.e. big pieces of wood and black bags filled with tiles and wood)?

Uneven paving and kerb at crossing, 14th September
There is uneven tarmac patching and a step in the concrete kerb that forms a trip hazard. Particularly a problem as this is at a significant crossing point over Duke Street Has been reported previously, but still awaiting rectification.

Gutter filled with mud, 14th September
Road gutter in front of 34A crossover and to each side has a lot of sand/grit debris, which is becoming muddy. Not helped that Road gulley is now higher than adjacent gutter channel. The crossover is used a lot by pedestrians using footpath between 34A & 36.

Hazardous Footpath, 7th September
The path is very narrow and due to the weeds which are covering a third of it, you have to walk quite close to the busy road which is very dangerous as there are a lot of cars coming off the dual carriageway at high speed.

Pavement parking, 10th August
Consistent blocking of the pedestrian footpath, Mon to fri while business is in operation. Despite a visit from the traffic wardens last Thurs, there are still cars parking over the double yellow lines and totally on the footpath. What 3 words location vets.behind.snack
