Acceptable levels as per Debra Requirements, 15th June
Can you expand further on what you apparently deem as acceptable levels of litter? What a shambolic reply, and it is so evident why all major roads throughout the network is absolutely covered in litter. Please also stop adding to this litter by dumping all your road traffic equipment everywhere once any road works have long been completed. Please arrange litter picking at the previous report.
