Banging/loose service cover, 17th April
There is a cover in the road banging every time a car drives over it. It is extremely loud and is waking the family in the night. This has been an ongoing issue for at least the last year but only when heavier vehicles passed over it. Now it is much louder and can be as frequent as every one to two seconds when timed. There is obviously a safety issue here too for road users including cyclists and pedestrians if a car was to lose control as it becomes increasingly more unstable. Hopefully someone can review this with a matter of urgency thanks

Multiple bins blocking the footpath, 3rd April
About 4-6 Bins are permanently placed on the pavement in Uldale Way and I'm struggling to get past them with a pram. Bins have been been there for at least a year.

Traffic light sensor broken, 12th March
At the junction of murihead avenue and lorenzo drive,the traffic lights dont go green heading eastbound unless there is traffic on the other side 'muirhead avenue east heading westbound towards city centre' ,this started about two months ago after when there was roadworks , has mostly affected drivers at night as light wont change causing cars to cross on red , please investigate. Uneven paving slabs, 7th March

Multiple potholes, 6th March
There must be 100’s of potholes on Pinehurst Avenue on the Pinehurst School side. They’ve been there for months and more are appearing all the time. It’s getting harder to drive down the avenue without the car tyres taking a battering, you’ll need an off-road truck to drive down there soon, it’s a joke.

Traffic Light - Green bulbs not working, 22nd February
Brookfield Drive at the junction with Lower Lane. The traffic light on the filter road has two bulbs out; the main green bulb and the 'little green man' have both stopped working.

Pedestrian Crossing - No lights working, 22nd February
Townsend Avenue, Norris Green.
The photo is not so good, but you can see that there are no lights on the traffic lights (on either side of the road).
I did try to report this directly to LCC on Tuesday, but I was on hold for so longer I grew a beard long enough to embarrass ZZ Top. To be honest, I've have not been past there since Tuesday, so my apologies if they have already been fixed.

Private Company Illegally Controlling On-road Parking, 13th February
Company: Remember Me - Dementia Day Care Centre Address: 10, Bemrose House, Hanson Rd, Aintree, Liverpool L9 7BG
For some time - and to the annoyance of local businesses - this 'Day Care' centre has been using 'acquired' cones to block people from legally parking on Hanson Road. The note attached to one of the cones (see photo) is rather disturbing and says rather a lot about this business - run by quite unpleasant people. 'Often we have no choice to to block vehicles...' The note also refers to not being able to park outside their own building; as I'm sure you know, you're not entitled to a space outside your own house, let alone business. The second photo clearly shows the cones on the pavement - not on their premises. This is causing 'unrest' in the area and on more than one ocassion tensions have flared. We would be very grateful if you could investigate and, indeed, bring this business back in line with what it legal. They are behaving illegally and unreasonably and a lot of people are getting quite angry. I hope this can be resolved by yourselves before the cones start flying around (again)
