Large cracks and potholes, 1st August
Whilst driving on the M69 from Leicester to Coventry. For safety we decided to keep to the middle lane due to the number of large cracks & what looked like potholes along the route.

Wooden ladder before leicester junction on m69, 4th June
The ladder was in the inside lane and a lorry tried to swerve but clipped it the wooden ladder spun and travelled across all three lanes. This occurred at 9.45am-9.50am

Cats eyes on A47, 7th January
Hi, Between the Desford road junction heading east to Leicester forest east on the A47 all of the Cats eyes both in the centre of the road and marking the cycle lane are defective.
I'm a bus driver that drives on one of the main routes along this section and it is really, really hard to see the middle of this road and to keep within the lines especially in adverse weather and with the topography of this route due to these defective cats eyes, if this could be looked into I'd be forever grateful and would help increase the safety of this 50mph and rather dark road.

M69 Hard Shoulder Litter and stones, 25th March
I drove on the M69 Southbound from M1 down to A46.
The hard shoulder was full of litter and small stones which will cause issues to anybody attempting to use it.
