Lack of cat's eyes, 6th February
There are very few cat's eyes on the whole length of the M69, making it very difficult in the rain at night to see the lane markings. I noticed this particularly today 6th Feb 24 in very heavy rain at evening rush hour with a lot of spray from vehicles in front making visibility very difficult at whatever speed. I should mention that there was an accident on the M69 this evening to which this issue may or may not have been contributory.

Hard shoulder is practically unusable, 2nd June
For about 3-4 miles this section southbound the hard shoulder is practically unusable, looks like a farm track with debris and stones all over it. This whole section of road looks like its breaking down, especially at the joins, and even where the white lines are painted, the white line is now a trench, almost like when they painted it on they burned the tarmac underneath!

Grass needs cutting, 17th May
The grass around the village is awful. I know some bits are only being strimmed back slightly however at this location it is used by numerous school children and due to the grass being long dogs are also fowling in there as owners probably cannot see Also on the grassed area there is a large hole, which isn't an issue when the grass is cut as it is visible so children and persons can avoid. Now it is long persons may walk in there and won't notice the hole which could cause injury.

Bad pot hole near blue bell pub, 23rd March
The pot hole now is of a substantial size and is quite dangerous in the fact that it's going to cause damage to vehicles . Also people are swerving onto the opposite side of the road to avoid it which is not ideal. This would easily cause a blow out to a tyre if hit the pot hole wrong.

Unstable drain cover, 1st March
The drain cover on Huncote Road village bound between the entrance to Mays Farm Drive and the splitter island has become unstable and making a loud knocking noise every time any vehicle drives over it. This is audible from inside our property even with TV or radio on and over daily family life, this is going to become more of a intrusion when we reach summer and whilst I work from home there is literally no escape from it.
