Illegal selling of cars from driveway, 8th April
This concerns 23 Gavin Close. There has been a variety of different cars parked on the driveway since they moved in. I am suspicious that they are buying and selling vehicles from home as a trader. Unsightly caravan too.

Unsightly large caravan parkedpn driveway, 8th April
The new tenants have an unsightly large caravan parked on their driveway. I don't believe this estate allows parking of vans and such large vehicles. Please can you contact them to remove it asap.

No roads marking & no signage for lane, 16th March
Coming onto the a46 interchange from Kirby lane there is no lane markings and no signage. I drive this route daily and find cars taking the middle lane from the left lane, causing anyone in the right hand lane to force their way over. The amount of times I’ve seen people harsh braking as they don’t understand the lanes is quite vast. Would it be possible to erect a sign for the correct lane for this interchange and also lane markers. Thank you.

Uneven path.and pothole, 8th March
The path towards CastleKids is very uneven. This causes pushchairs to not used there. Not safe for kids as it also has big potholes and uneven path. Filled with water or mud.. My child has fallen a few times..

Unbelievably bad road surface, 21st February
The road surface in this section (approx 100yds long) is absolutely disgusting!! So uneven with infinite bits of road surface missing, my wife uses this road every day and it has definitely contributed to car suspension component damage on 2 occasions - leading to an MOT failure last time and likely to fail again this year, all thanks to this ridiculous road. How can this be justified to not warrant an urgent resurface repair?

Uneven road, 1st January
This road is ridden with bodged up pothole repairs and uneven road surface, it's pretty obvious this road has had many repairs recently, with what I consider to be a bodge job, when you drive down this in a car, it's like being on a off road dirt track, the suspension on the car is just over worked trying to keep up with the bad surface, and it's very likely to cause suspension failure on a car.
I have been collecting my wife from a workplace on this road for past 6 months and just dread driving down it.

This car is parked on the road blocking vehicles getting past, 28th November
This car has been parking here for a few days now opposite number 19 and 18 Gavin close. It doesn't belong to number 19. I dont know whose it is but this is a road NOT a parking spot. Street is struggling to get cars in and out. It needs to park on its own driveway, find a small car or buy a bigger house!

Missing Fencing, 5th October
The safety fencing placed around the damaged lamp post on Scudamore Rd & Golf Course Lane corner has been removed and is in use by contractors working around the corner at 20 Chevin Avenue LE3 6PX. You may want to retrieve it and have a word!

Park is very littered, 4th September
There are wrappers all over the play area. One of the basketball nets has been broken for some time. There needs to be clear signage about no dogs inside play areas and tennis/basketball courts. There are no signs and people ignore this and get abusive when you call them out

Never takes bins off the street, 4th September
The tennant at number 19 Gavin Close never takes his bin off the street. It permanently stays on the pavement section, which is not a part of his driveway it looks unsightly and on bin days there is not enough space there for the regular neighbours who put their bins there as he leaves both bins out permanently. Previous tennants have always taken the bins into the driveway. This makes the street look awful.
