Urgent - Metal cover broken, 31st January
The metal cover has broken causing it to regularly flip open, causing a trip hazard. This is a narrow and very busy bit of pavement and outside an educational establishment (for young adults with special educational needs) and cafe, close to a dentist. People keep trying to close it but sometimes, because it is broken, it sticks open. It's a legal action waiting to happen!
