Old green Range Rover (T reg) has been abandoned on the village green for nearly two months, 15th May
This vehicle has been left on the village green now for 8 weeks +/- which I beleive is long enough for anyone in difficulty to have recovered the vehicle. It needs removing as it is creating a eyesore on what is a lovely open space. The village green is located on the B6047 at the junction with Stonton road - if travelling north on the B6047 - just beyond the Langton Arms Pub located on the RH side as you enter the village. The vehicle will be easily spotted as you approach the village.

Sign posts incorrect, 17th November
Couldn’t get a better picture sorry. This is A6 looking North towards Leicester from lay-by. The signpost on the left hand side of the road correctly indicates a left turn at crossroads for Foxton , and a right turn for The Langtons. The sign post on the other side of the A6 says they are in the opposite direction ! Presumably it’s been turned round by some morons rather than erected by council?

Walking elderly dog on the lead along a public footpath when despite giving the cow a wide berth she charged at me and the dog. I slipped and twisted my thumb but fortunately dragged my dog through the gate before the cow could reach me, 6th March
The field opposite Deane House Thorpe Langton is regularly used by dog walkers and placing a single cow in there with its calf when there are alternatives seems irresponsible of the farmer Malcolm Brooke.
