Watste Bin by public footpath on floor and broken, 16th April
A street waste bin at the edge of the Mill Farm entrance off the middle of Chaveney Road in Quorn has been pulled off its mount and laying with lid separate on ground.
Suspect this may have happened when the council’s verge contractor came today and mowed adjacent verges and that by the bin post.
Needs fixing of a risk of the bin or contents moving into road and incoming traffic.

Graffiti, 28th March
The culprit CAVE has spraypainted the back of two road signs near the Island in Quorn . The village sign at the end of Farley way nr Island and the sign further around Island at end of slip road from A6 have been spraypainted on back. Also near to this sign the new lamppost has been spraypainted on bottom half. Please can this mess be removed.

I am reporting graffiti by CAVE on the back of village road sign at island on end of Farley way Quorn. Not sure if you can add this to report I made on Thursday 14th in same area further around the Island . Thank you

Graffiti, 14th March
This morning it appears the overpass at Quorn has been graffitied all over at the Barrow side by CAVE and another culprit. The fallout from this is they also graffitied two lamp posts and the back of a large sign at the Barrow roundabout near to Meynell road as indicated. Please can this mess be removed.

Graffiti, 30th January
Today there appears to be 2 areas targeted with graffiti by a certain culprit CAVEY. 1. The grey electrical box on Loughborough Road between Farley way and One Ash Roundabout. The box is at the corner of Loughborough road and Dustmoor Drive and is covered at the front . 2. The metal and brick wall on Terry Yardley way A6004 between One ash island and the next island Allendale road. It is over the top of the railway line and is light green and white about 4 ft high CAVEY
Please can this mess be removed.

Rubbish and waste all front and back garden, 22nd January
I have reported this 3 times now going back to October and it’s getting worse over time. It’s a council property which is 10 Putney avenue with them burning the rubbish on a regular basis. This is not only an eye sore but an health problem. The immediate residents deserve better about coming home to what can only be described as a tip in their street this is a council property therefore the rubbish and waste deposited on council land is a form of fly tipping the council need to take responsibility and get this removed or at least instruct the resident take responsibility and show some respect for his neighbours the situation as it stands is unacceptable and the Council must accept responsibility and take action. Local residents have given up trying to talk to the person has all that it’s given is verbal abuse and threats of violence. I would like to cancel inform us of the progress of removing this rubbish.

Waste and rubbish, 5th December
The property is being used for commercial purposes collecting waste and dumping on the property. This was reported in October and all the waste was removed to the back of the property which was then we have had fires most days. When you try and speak to them all you get is mine your own business. This is a council property and is an eye sore due to the consent fires we are unable to open are windows. This is now a health and safety issue and needs to be addressed before local residents have to take matters into their own hand. We don’t expect to live in this environment it’s totally unreasonable and actions need to be taken. There is no excuse for this the van he owns brings it back to the property just take it down to the tip and stop tipping it off at the property. As I have said it’s being done for commercial gain with no thoughts of the local community.

Pair of tied together boots hanging off overhead wiring, 21st November
There has appeared a pair of boots tied together and thrown over the wire cables which go over the road at the top of Farley Way just before junction. If they fall they could hit car below or person crossing the road. They are pulling on the wires and it is dangerous.

The front and back garden is full of rubbish and vehicle parts which can be seen from the photo spilling over the footpath. This is a council property council need to take responsibility for tenants it is disgraceful when other tenants live with the situation rubbish vehicle parts just been dumped front garden Looks more like a refuge tip than a house which is unfair to other tenants when the back garden becomes to full we have to put up with them burning it putting Thick black smoke and toxins from household waste plastics and should never be burned in a residential area this situation needs to be rectified urgently for the health and well-being of the other residence living near bye

Cover on lamp post opening coming off, 8th October
The lamp post number 18 on Meynell road has the bottom half of cover to its opening with wires coming out. Has been pushed back as far as possible but needs closing properly.
