Shrubbed areas and pathways around park not maintained, 5th March
All the shrubbed areas around the recreational area, pathways and within the actual park need urgent maintenance, these have not been maintained for years and are now overtaken by bramble and home for rubbish! These need to be addressed, weeds and brambles removed and the actual trees and shrubs tidied and/or replaced (these are an eyesore). HBBC need to take responsibility and at the least report this to the party resonsible for the maintenance and upkeep of this recreational area and ensure this work is done to a reasonable standard in a timely manner.Just cutting the grass twice a year is far from sufficient.

It is clear this has not been done for a number of years and totalling ignored under the maintenance plan for this space. Broken sound-proof fence, 5th March
The sound-proof fencing around the rear of Paynes Garages / industrial area is in need of repair. The previous attempt to repair (that left a large gap/hole in the fence needs addressing) the overgrown weeds behind the fence are causing it to break at the bottom and an entire panel/section is coming away (dangerous). We need this fixed and restored for to it's original condition (along it's full length). HBBC need to advise the party responsible (if that's the "Estate Management" then they should take the repsonsibilty to do that (as a min)). The sound-proof fencing needs to be effective and in the current condition it is not.
