Refilled excavation now a serious pothole, 16th December
An excavation alongside BP/M&S garage was so badly filled in that all materials are no longer in place and a serious pothole has developed, growing larger by the day. I’ve heard reports of drivers being thrown across the road by it. It needs dealing with ASAP before someone is injured or a vehicle is badly damaged, preferably with the utility responsible made to pay for their negligent workmanship.

Trip hazard on wheelchair crossing, 23rd October
My wife tripped and fell on this uneven surface and broke her rib which has only just healed after several weeks in pain. It needs levelling to prevent repeat accidents. The map doesn’t show the location accurately. It's on the East side of the junction of Swan Road, Southlands Court and Thatch Close.

Dangerous congestion, 14th March
At school times people parking on verges and cars queuing on the junction to enter Athelston primary School is causing severe risk of a dangerous serious accident. There are solid white lines that no-one observes . Could I possibly suggest double yellow lines from train station to new lane . Someone should have a look one afternoon.
