Completely obscured speed limit signs, 7th September
"Leeds City Council doesn’t accept Road traffic signs reports."
What an absolute disgrace! And why do councils "need" my full name etc.. Presumably they are just seeking to reduce teh number of reports that are made to reduce their "work" load.
The 30mph signs coming into Harewood from Harrogate are invisible due to foliage.

Dog fouling, 6th March
There has been an increase in dog fouling on the grassed area adjacent to the post box on the corner of Bondgate and Harrogate Road in Harewood and also the grassed area adjacent to the village hall. It all appears to emanate from the same large dog
