Deep potholes and poor road surface, 26th March
The section of Coal Road, Shadwell, between A58 Wetherby Road and Bay Horse Lane is deteriorating rapidly. A couple of the potholes are now so deep as to cause an accident or serious damage if not avoided. If Leeds City Council can't fix this immediately, they should at least put up a temporary sign warning people of the poor road surface and potholes.

Impossible to park safley on Baildon Place, 13th December
The number of parked cars on Baildon Place on both sides of the road has increased exponentially over the past couple of years, people who do not live in the street such as those on Baildon Drive-Baildon Green are also parking cars in Baildon Place, Is it possible to issue permits to residents of Baildon Path and Baildon Place to allow safe parking in Baildon Place? Perhaps the answer is to remove the Grassed areas that serve no purpose yet cost money to maintain ie regular grass-cutting service that has to be paid for by the taxpayer the money saved could be used to issue permits and pay for the grassed areas to be turned into suitable parking area.

Parking in a turning point, 5th April
There are a number of vehicles parking in the turning point at the end of Ringwood Drive. This street is already narrow and these vehicles are making it impossible for large vehicles in particular from turning round to leave the street, including emergency vehicles, refuse collection, delivery vehicles. Some are having to reverse down the entire length of the street, others are using private driveways to turn around, cars and driveways are at risk of damage, some have been. These vehicles parking in the turning point are not residents, apparently they are residents of Bluebell Court, and are avoiding the either the payment for asking in their gated community, or can't be bothered using the electric gate.
