A pretty deep pothole has opened up at the top of a series of damaged tarmac at the corner of Cromer Terrace and Mount Preston St.
Been there a week or so. It is a pretty heavily used bike route by staff and students at the University and not well lit at night, so it's not obvious for cyclists going down hill at 20mph plus.

Different cars keep parking on double yellow lines and obstructing access for bin lorries or bigger vehicles. This resulted in more than a month of missed bin pickups.
