Volume of water has eroded footpath making it a hazard for pedestrians, 16th February

Sun, 16 Feb 2020 22:13:34 +0000
54.151934 -2.485823

Every time we have any rain large volumes of water are flowing from the Thornton In Lonsdale road onto the A65. As the drains and their connecting underground channels are blocked this water then flows down the A65 causing major hazards for drivers. The water then flows off the A65 into the farm lane eroding all of the pavement leaving potholes and making it very uneven for pedestrians . The water then floods the farm yard/sheep pens so that they are unable to be used. This has been happening regularly for the last few years
