Southbound Junction 34 on M6 at 17.10 was causing dangerous lengthy queue, 26th April
Heading southbound you approach this junction from a bend. Unsighted the inside lane was full of stationary traffic trying to leave the motorway. It was extremely dangerous. The whole slip road was stationary. There did not appear to be an accident. Traffic on the M6 should have been signed to move to other lanes before the bend. I’m amazed there wasn’t an accident

Pothole in car alignment when exiting 1st slip road, 7th February
Hole sufficient to take car off line at speed which is dangerous and requires immediate rectification. Pothole is on 1st Lancaster slip road when heading North, junction 34.

Life ring is missing from slipway on Denny Beck Lane, 24th January
There are two life ring holders on the slipway on the south side of the Lune, off Denny Beck Lane (by the bridge). One of them is missing a life ring, which should probably be replaced. Thanks
