Flood, 2nd January
Yet again the road is very badly flooded and impossible for walkers to get through. The stones that were used recently to fill in the ditches coming down the hill have been washed out and down to the bottom of the hill creating another problem. Heavy farm traffic is constantly churning up the verges and big clods of debris block the drains and create hazards for normal vehicles. Some serious work needs doing here as these quick fixes are proving totally useless.

Large Deep pot hole, 5th August
This pot hole as become deep and impossible to go around if there is on coming traffic. It resulted in two of my tyres popping when driving over it as I was unable to avoid it due to on coming vehicles.

Why do we never get any grit salt along this road? There is none from Beckside farm up to Horace farm

5 bar manhole now has a pothole around it., 6th December
Large unavoidable (blind bend) pothole opening around a manhole cover. It's a tyre shredder with the metal exposed and angular edges. Biked home from work today, went down it. Fortunately I rode it out with some outrageous bike handing skills. Please fix, not everyone posses such skill.

Drains blocked and one is being undermined, 12th December
Drains are blocked with earth & debris all along this road. One drain seems to be getting undermined and the road looks ready to collapse alongside it

Trashed verges all along Beckside road, 1st March
The spot on the map is the worse for totally ruined verges with clods and muck spread all over the carriageway (caused by a vehicle being abandoned in a flood there for a few hours and tractors just going up on the verge to get round it) But all along the road the verges are destroyed with deep tracks where tractors travel along them to get closer to the fields to spread muck. The road is totally mucked up with clods and debris

No grit delivery or drains cleared, 20th November
There has been no piles of grit delivered anywhere along the road from Beckside farm to Horrace crossroads. Also, the drains have not been cleared since last year and following cutting of verges the drains have all been blocked by the cuttings. I have personally cleared some drains at the top of Pennington reservoir but they could all do with a good clear.
