Van blocking pavement & road, 5th March
This van has not moved for 2 weeks, it is completely blocking the pavement & partially blocking the road, and making it very difficult for the elderly gentleman at No 14 to get his car in and out of his drive. It also makes the manoeuvring of other vehicles at the end of the road very difficult as it is parked right on the corner.

People blocking areas with cones, 20th August
Road cones are being used by a number of people to protect "their" parking space, i asked a few people to move them but they continue to be used. No space down main street is a disabled space or owned by the properties. Its a busy road and they get in the way when needing to pull in, Next time highways agency is passing can they make an effort to collect them all down the road, im sure blocking spaces is an offence.

Parking, 31st July
To the right of this junction it is marked on the road no parking, could it be done on the left? People park right up to the junction making it dangerous to pull out what is actually a busy road at times

Use of 'no parking' cones, 1st April
Residents using cones to protect areas outside their property for parking, no sign of disabled parking etc so i deem this to be wrong? I could be wrong, maybe the council can check, also they are kept on pavement sometimes which is already narrow, blocking it. Could council collect these if i am right. Regards

G653 ONV abandoned for 7months. J86 RVP, 16th December
There has been a Horse Box parked for 7 months now on the back exit of Cark Railway Station, this weekend it has been joined by another Horse Box, neither of the horse boxes are of recent registration.
The road is used by the public for accessing the local farmers supply, Cark Railway Station and its also used by the residents of Station Road for Parking, with the horse boxes taking up this room it has now resulted in vehicles parking on the main road which makes it very dangerous for pedestrians and school children catching the buses. The horse boxes have no right there especially when the owners live at Holker, which is a mile away, but I can see their a Eye Sore for Lord Cavendish at Holler Hall, so we have to put up with them. Please can you order them to be moved.

Overgrown hedges, 5th August
Walking away from Holker Hall on the B5278 just as you reach the "Cark B5278" traffic sign, the hedge overhangs part of the footpath and is head height requiring you to step out into the road. Whilst it is appreciated, the footpath has been extended out into the road, it is a lot safer if a pedestrian was able to keep on the footpath simply by cutting the hedge.

Dog Muck, 31st December
As always the path right beside the school is full of dog muck - I wouldn't consider walking along it in the dark. Not helped by the amount of leaves/soil at either edge of the path - it's been nicely tarmacked, but curbs at either edge and regular sweeping would possibly make the dogs think twice, if not their owners.
