Standing Water, 6th November
Blocked drains which cause water to build up which in turn ends up with excessive mud being carried on to main highway from Grant Construction lorry’s tipping waste at Hardie Race Promotions (Lochgelly Race Track / Waste disposal site) Please be aware there is a serious safety issue with mud being transferred as a result of this fault compounded by up to 25 lorries per day.

Blocked drain, 20th September
Blocked drains allowing water to accumulate across the road which in turn drags mud on to main carriageway from Grant Constrution tipper trucks who run through it with excessive mud and dirt on wheels and undercarriage from depositing waste at Lochgelly raceway.

Speed Cushions Maintenance, 8th April
Speed cushions (All) along the avenue require maintenance. They are crumbling at the sides making them too high resulting in cars grounding on them. Evince can be seen by way way of groves in the tar. My car has also grounded here. I will get it checked when next services at Mercedes Newbridge and provide report/invoice to council.

Large pothole at start or speedbump, 16th February
The pothole has been here for some time. It has already been identified by the council for repair as it has yellow paint surrounding it. It is on the left hand side of the road heading out of lochgelly near the last house on mckenzie crescent to the right of the speed bump. This has caused damage to my car on the evening of Tuesday 14 Feb. My car is still currently in the garage undergoing work to make it road safe following this incident.

Massive pot holes all along this road on both sides. Most of the previously filled in pot holes are coming loose. Holes next to drains further up the hill.

Farmers fence unstable, 9th April
The fence at the bottom of field near the backroad off of the avenue near 34 mckenzie crescent is very unstable. numerous horse owners have been alerted to the damaged fence and that horses are getting trapped and have had to be helped free on numerous occasions. the fence is nowhere near secure enough, posts have been ripped out due to horses leaning on it. this has been going on for at least the past year and a half. if not longer.

Speed Hump Height, 4th March
The speed hump as you enter Lochgelly is dangerous. At 20 mph it violently shuddered my car, and I felt it scrape the bottom of my exhaust. This is higher than the legal advised 75mm, I sure. Very dangerous.
