The public footpath from the B923 from Binnend Borehole to Kinghorn Golf Club via Grangehill Farm is locked with a padlock and chain.

Fly tipping first reported on 5 Jan 17, 1st February
The first photo was take in Jan 17 and second taken Feb 17 (4 weeks apart). Location is 2.5 miles on the B9157 Inverteal Road. To the best of my knowledge this problem has been here for at least 1 year, as I would pass this on my way to work every day.

Flying tipping and a lot of it, 6th January
This is an area that has been and is still being used for fly tipping, it is right next to the main road and does not show Fife at its best.
