Pedestrian Crossing Required, 17th January
Approx 85 - 100 kids cross South Street opposite St Leonards every morning. There is no pedestrian crossing in this area and many kids often talk about near misses with cars on their way to school. This problem is compounded by a line of parked cars opposite the school which makes the crossing even more dangerous as small kids are popping out between parked cards. It really needs a pedestrian crossing of some form to stop an accident happening.

Van continually parking blocking footpath, 1st December
Whit van drives onto pavement and parks everynight blocking footpath, he has a drive in his garden just as come in street from shoolbraids on right but when ask to keep off avement, gives ful language aying he can park there if he wants, not breaking law.
Need to learn highway code.

Illegal parking in disabled spot. Right outside of Tesco’s on a busy day, a young man parked his car and skipped into Tesco’s. This is a disgrace.

2008 vehicle which looks like it is abandoned, 1st July
This vehicle is known to have been used by a University of St Andrews Student living in the Abbey Court complex in Abbey Street, St Andrews. It has a flat front tyre. It is a Hyundai Coupe (SBO8 WDX) Dark Grey. It has been in the same position for the last six months.

Obtrusive foliage, 18th August
Garden plants and other bushes are intrusive and reducing the path width to about 30-40 cm in places making it difficult to pass through

Petheram Bridge Car Park St Andrews, 19th June

Large abandoned trailer filled with garden rubbish, 4th April
This trailer has been abandoned for over a year , it is parked in a turning area preventing vehicles turning safely and it is an eyesore for everyone.
