Large amount of flytipping, 7th November
Community clean up done on 28th Oct in the Cults Hill, Burnturk, Kettlehill and surrounding area. Within a few days a brown wheelie bin and 1 tonne bag have been left at entrance to old sawmill site (cults hill crossroads to burnturk road) There is a black bin left further in.
Large amount of branches have been tipped from a tipper motor - some of the load had spilled off at brotus quarry entrance onto the road, blocking it. I had to clear the road to pass. Also branches scattered down the road between the two areas.

Persistent flooding - Springfield/Ballomill cycle path, 8th April
Regular flooding blocks this designated cycle path from the Ballomill level crossing to Springfield. Flooding usually extends into the field on one side and up to the railway fence on the other, making it impassable.
