Obscured sign., 30th May
New sign fitted in the last few weeks obscured by hedge. Hedge cut back up to adjacent 30 mph sign but not trimmed between this sign and the new one. I can't reach high enough to cut the hedge back.

Pothole adjacent to bend in road and 125 mm deep. Vehicles driving round bend on wrong side of road to avoid the deep pothole.

Broken manhole trip hazard, 15th November
Half of manhole cover missing on NCN route 1 at junction of Dura Den Road and Kemback Church Brae. Located where cyclists normally position themselves and impossible to see when in a pool of water after rain. Could have a cyclist on NCN pitched off or someone's foot trapped.

Pothole, 2nd February
Pot hole partially filled .. Further down hill several large potholes ..have damaged a new tyre and needed to replace it..hit this pothole before it was partially fixed..has two cones marking today. We hit it before it had been looked at. Waiting on a report about the tyre from Kwik fit. The other potholes further along on the way to Cupar are large and a danger to road users.

Example of drain choked with Silt caused by field run-off plus damaged earth banks spreading soil across carriageway as traffic which would have used closed C45 (Dura Den) now using Q10 and climbing banks to pass.

Pothole, 21st September
Pothole opposite No. 10 Kemback Bridge (on Q10 road)adjacent to Post Office manhole leaving a dangerous metal edge. Dangerous for cyclists and could potentially damage car tyres.

Thick layer of grit on road, 21st November
Opposite the farm entrance there is a thick layer of grit on the road. The surface is very uneven (potholed) leading to hazards for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Permanently flooded road, 21st November
Permanently flooded where indicated and on straight section towards Kemback Bridge, with mud from damaged banks and adjacent fields on carriageway. Particularly dangerous when frosty and reported over the last several years. Has caused cycling accident (refer correspondence with Gallagher Bassett.)
