Inconsistent info on road closure A914, 25th October
The A914 is being closed at Clushford Toll every night for road works. The road closure - according to the signs onsite is being effected from 19:00 every night and when I pass about 18:45 the teams look ready to swing into action. Unfortunately, all the advance warning signs I have seen, on the A92 at the top of the Freuchie Brae, and at the Haugh Park and South Road in Cupar, all say that the closure takes effect at 21:00 daily.
I can see this leading to a lot of frustration for drivers who only pass through the district periodically, and might lead to adverse publicity for the Council.

Possible subsidance on A91, 6th June
A91 westbound, south side of road, in bottom of dip about 250 metres west of Hammerhead Toll. The car in front of me bottomed-out going through this puddle this morning suggesting that the roadway might be subsiding under the puddle. The road margin has collapsed here in the past so you might want to check it out again.

Persistent flooding - Springfield/Ballomill cycle path, 8th April
Regular flooding blocks this designated cycle path from the Ballomill level crossing to Springfield. Flooding usually extends into the field on one side and up to the railway fence on the other, making it impassable.

Choked new cundies on the Q64 near Bow of Fife, 24th March
In addition to all the long-standing problems on the Q64 e.g. potholes, verge overruns, and mud on carriageway, two of the cundies you installed recently on the Q64 are now totally silted up and refusing water.

Illegal dumping north of Rose Cottage on Q64, 8th August
A van or trailer load of mainly garden waste was dumped here during the day, yesterday.
This is now four or five flytippings in this area in the past few months. Can you please ask the Litter Wardens and the Police to do some patrols?

Potholes Q64 bend, 4th July
I attach photo of a series of potholes you kindly "painted up" for repairs back about March. Unfortunately the jet-spray truck took two weeks to arrive by which time all the paint was covered in mud so they were ignored. As new paint has now appeared on another pothole on this road, could you please mark up and attend to these ones at the same time? Thank you.
