This pothole is big and deep, right next to drain so possibility of drain collapsing. There is an orange cone in the pothole too!

Pothole forming St Catherine Street Cupar, 12th August
A91, St Catherine Street Cupar, at pedestrian crossing outside front door of County Buildings. There is a big manhole (Telecom??) in the middle of the westbound lane and the haunches of this manhole are now collapsing at one corner leading to the formation of a pothole.

Collapsing manhole, Bonnygate Cupar, 9th July
There is a TELECOM manhole on the A91 eastbound outside the Co-op Butcher's shop at 99 Bonnygate Cupar. The lid portions of this large manhole are starting to separate and are in danger of failing to support the weight of a passing lorry. The manhole haunches are also showing sings of depression failure.

20mph part-time speed limit sign on north side of A91 Carslogie Road at Duffus Park Bowling Club, Cupar., 15th May
Fundamentally this sign is in the wrong place. It is on the wrong side of the road for westbound motorists whose attention is focused on buses and school pupils walking close to the edge of the nearside pavement, and at this time of year its angle means that reflection of the rising sun makes the sign all-but unviewable. All that said, I am as certain as I can be in the circumstances that the sign was unlit at 08:25 on 14th May and 08:45 on 15th May. A glance in the mirror a minute later at it's brother up at The Drum showed it was lit and functioning, suggesting that the speed limit was actually operational at that time.

Cupar Muir, 19th March
Cupar Muir at new Campion Homes site, the carriageway is subsiding and major potholes due to industrial vehicles using the road, as well as poor parking from Campion staff and sub contract staff, Stagecoach service 94 uses the area and we have had numerous punctures due to potholes and tyre wall scrubbing.

Inconsiderate parking at new building site, 6th March
Due to a new building site for Campion Homes, our Fife Council tendered service is now struggling to get past the vehicles and now causing tyre wear on the front nearside tyres.
