Fixed signage without planning permission, 11th October

Thu, 11 Oct 2018 16:59:16 +0100
56.185013 -3.147536

Here for example is a case in point which is typical of fixed signage scattered across Fife road network and on land adjacent to it and at this location distracts form the real street signage etc. But this is an issue in all industrial estates and near the road network junctions across Fife where some business are erecting fixed signage and not even bothering with the get out clause previously of it being mobile. This sort of thing is making Fife look very tardy indeed, any business having mobile signs directly outside their own premises as long as it doesn't block the route for pedestrians and cyclists is acceptable but the council needs to clamp down heavy on this commercial advertising down by a minority if left un-tackled imagine what Fife would look like if the 99% of other business's did the same. Get something down soon and keep Fife tidy.

This trailer has been parked unlit permanently for 2 months now and is causing an obstruction to those leaving the BP garage and Travellodge. Fife Council needs to clamp down on this sort of abandoned trailer advertising.

One parking up on the public footpath and road at same time which is part of the walk to school route, the second vehicle has work ladders hanging over the back of vehicle making it difficult to either get out of a parking space or if reversed in difficult for people walking down on public footpath with buggy or coming out of garden as you sometimes walk straight in them. Overgrown trees, 15th August

Wed, 15 Aug 2018 14:05:23 +0100
56.176389 -3.160164

These trees and bushes are so overgrown it is unbelievable & very untidy & unsafe especially when all the leaves fall off the trees & it rains it gets very slippery out there i partially disabled & makes it very hard for me to get my brown bin round when the weeds are overgrown onto the path & because the trees are so high & overgrown not a lot of light gets in the house it's very depressing & some people have taken matters into their own hands because no-one else seems to care this part of Stenton Crathes Close, I contacted a councillor quite a few years ago about this & nothing has been done the trees just keep growing up & outwards

Whole road is shot should have been fixed last year, 6th March

Tue, 06 Mar 2018 10:10:25 +0000
56.1674 -3.145933

This road has broken up further now with the weather. Was previously yellow circled for repair by fife council last year but was not repaired seemingly due to lack of funds. Pavements seems to be the higher priority for fife council whilst the roads generally are disgrace just now . Another waste of taxpayers money sending people out marking roads to be repaired and not getting done.

Glass on road, 23rd October

Fri, 23 Oct 2015 21:17:46 +0100
56.155739 -3.141785

On the Thornton to Kirkcaldy road traveling to Kirkcaldy there is usually a higher amount of glass on the road in the cycle track than normal. On cycling this on a daily basis and after several punctures I have noticed that the glass is coming from the fife council glass transport recycling vehicles as they drive long as I have seen it falling from the rear
