Pothole around manhole cover in centre of narrow street, unavoidable. Entire road surface for approx 70 yards is full of holes and extremely uneven. Further string of 20/30 broken and open smaller cracks around seams making it almost impassable without utilising both lanes on an extremely narrow street.

Large potholes around drain, 23rd January
Large chunks of tarmac are missing from around the drain at this point, and it has created deep potholes and craters around the drain. As the road narrows at this point, cars and cyclists have no option but to drive over this if vehicles are approaching them, and it is getting very dangerous. Please can it be repaired asap? Approx 15” diameter and 3 to 4 inches deep, often filled with rainwater, 16th January
Vehicles slowing to emerge from entrance to Kirkgate Park onto Pier Road visibly descend into this pothole, throwing up rainwater when this is present. Pothole is of a size capable of causing damage to a vehicle or injury to a cyclist/pedestrian.
