Wood dumped!!, 13th December
There has been a large amount of wood dumped at the top of the steps leading up to the communal car park behind Rooney Court, It has been there for several weeks and is now blocking the pavement, due to high winds most has blown over blocking the pavement to and from the car park. It also has nails/screws sticking out which is causing alarm as someone has just carelessly dumped it there without any regard for anyone who uses the steps.

2 abandoned cars, in the car park at Rooney Court, 25th July
2 cars have been left dumped in the car park at the rear Rooney Court, 1 has been there for over a year and the other over 6 months, 1 of the vehicles has clearly been smashed up as it has broken glass over it and 2 windows have been covered, they are causing issues with parking for residents. After checking using publicly available resources they are not taxed, MOT'd or insured despite being parked in a public area contrary to the Road Traffic Act.

Dangerous Tree, 22nd February
The large tree at the back of Rooney Court has been growing for many years, it is now at a point it is starting to protrude on to the road, with the recent adverse weather the tree is becoming increasingly unstable, there is a fear with householders that it could fall causing severe damage to houses and garden buildings.

Dangerous Road condition, 25th March
Dalharco Avenue has been neglected for several years. It is now at the point you can barely use this road as there is so much damage and deterioration to the road surface. It has been patched up to the point there are patches on top of patches. It is littered with lumps, bumps and potholes. This road need proper repairs and it needs them now.

The Burgundy vehicle is using a registration number for a Bronze car and it has been ABANDONED On DVLA it is appearing as BRONZE yet the real car is Burgundy The owner has falsfied details to DVLA and this is illegal as the burgundy car is not insured, has no mot nor road tax and its been ABANDONED at the junction of lethanhill view, patna. On 21 March 2018 two council refuse trucks nearly had an accident as this ABANDONED AND NONE ROAD WORTH Burgundy vehicle was blocking the junction required by drivers to make a turn into lethanhill view. The council need to get this vehicle removed as this problem has been reported before and nothing has been done for months. The vehicle is not insured, taxed and has no MOT its been abandoned
