Repeated dog fouling garden and verge, 10th July
On the clyde costal pathway some dog walkers pay no attention to where their dog is fouling and often walk well ahed of their dog allowing it to foul the gardens or grass verge adjacent to the path. Because they are so far ahead there is no opportunity to challenge them even if you do spot the dog in the act. Can the council mandate that dogs be kept on a lead? This area was supposed to be open plan gardens but over the years many of my neighbours have resorted to putting up fences and large hedges. I think this detracts from the pathway and makes it scary at night.

Damaged road name sign, 26th April
The once free standing concrete road sign at the junction of Aubery Crescent and Greenock Road which once said Aubery Crescent was demolished about 2 years ago by two identical trafic accidents. The remains of the sign are still secured by the reinforcing bars in an unsightly mess with no indication of the road name. The Church is attempting to improve its image and this lump of concrete and reinforcing bars is not helping. Could the wreckage of the sign be cut down (a few minutes work with a Sthill saw) and perhaps a new sign erected in the future.

Drain Inspection Cover, 26th January
The drain inspection cover, situated on the pavement between numbers 7 and 9 Raillies Rd, appears to be nearing collapse. There is already a considerable size of hole, exposing the drains-- should there be any weight on top of the cover it may collapse. The metal surround for the drain appears to have rotted away.

Largs Promenade, 9th February
The surface of the above has become an absolute disgrace. Numerous holes, and a series of bad patchwork 'repairs' make it look a real sorry sight not to mention being hazardous for walking in certain areas. The whole length from end to end needs completely re surfaced. For such a lovely seaside town the prom should have real wow factor not this neglected eyesore.
