Dangerous, unkept staircase down bank from Pier Road in to entrance of Pier Road and Allanton Park Terrace, 8th February
This staircase has become very unsafe and is in some state of disrepair. It is the only route from parking on Pier Road down in to the houses on Pier Road (beach side.) Not only does the top of the stair not have a sign, or proper lighting but the steps themselves are uneven, slippery and there is only one hand rail available. It is currently a serious danger to the residents of Fairlie.

Storm damage beah wall on Allantonpark Terrace KA29 0AW, 19th January
The shoring on the beach wall has been washed away at the Largs end of the Terrace and the wall is crumbling and damages. Visually it looks ready to collapse and is dangerous to pedestrians both on the beach and the terrace. I viewd this today 19-01-2014 but assume the damage is a result of the storms end of last week.
