BT double man hole cover loose and banging, 28th May
The double BT man hole cover has been banging with every vehicle that runs over it. It has been like this for about 4 months. It's located outside 92 Dalrymple st, Girvan Pizzeria. When the trucks and large vehicles run over it the whole house shakes. Cracks are appearing in the walls and ceiling due to how much the house vibrates. I hear this banging from morning to night. Also we sleep at the front of the house and can hear it all through the night as well. As you can imagine it is so annoying and is also affecting my sleep. I have contacted Amey who have raised a repair request with BT but they are dragging their feet and will not give a date to sort it. Amey can't do anything as the cover repair is the responsibility of the owner in this case BT. This defect stated back in Nov 2021. A sub standard repair was completed by BT on the 20th Feb 2022 and after 2 weeks the cover started banging again. I need this sorted before I go insane.

Area near harbour on promenade is very broken up with rocks being churned up possible fall of trip hazard. This is due to card and trucks using the area to turn making the hole worse

Parking on double yellow lines, 6th April
Those who park on these double yellow lines are placing lives at risk. I have come close to being head on with articulated lorries as my vision is obscured by the vehicles parked on these double yellow lines and you take your life in your hands pulling out to pass them when you cannot see approaching traffic round the bend. I mark this as 06/04/2021 and await the next fatality due to the apathy of police and south Ayrshire council

Outside No.1 Ailsa Place, GIRVAN. There is an iron drain & cover which has fallen into disrepair., 6th October
There is an iron drain & cover which has fallen into disrepair. The drain plus cover has deteriorated for approximately 6 months. As this is a main thoroughfare for the houses in this area plus the carpark situated at the top of Ailsa Place. This is a health & safety hazard for persons walking plus will damage any cars on this route. If the drain plus cover remains an issue, someone or thing will be seriously hurt or damaged.

Illegal Parking on the Pavement, 8th March
The Resident at number 7 Douneburn Crescent has Parked Illegally on the Pavement at Douneburn Crescent many times and continues to do so. This blocks access for Emergency Vehicles. There is always plenty of space on the Street, but the continue to Park Illegally. The Car is a Red Ford Fiesta BU14 KYP. I have reported to the Police, but they still continue to Park Illegally. I have Photographic evidence of them Parking Illegally on 6 Occasions
