Cones and parked car obstructing road., 11th February
A resident of Hauplands way has put out cones opposite their driveway and that combined with them parking halfway out of their driveway considerably narrows the road causing an obstruction. Emergency vehicles and delivery vehicles will not be able to get into this cul de sac. Also people turning right off of the main road are in danger of hitting the car sticking out.
