Displaced / loose kerbstone, 8th November
Location = Kerbline outside No. 72 Mary Clarke Close, Hadleigh (IP7 6FD). A kerbstone has been displaced / is loose following persistent vehicular overrun. The defective kerbing unit is located adjacent to No.72 Mary Clarke Close (my residence). The end of the kerbstone is protruding upwards / facing oncoming traffic and posing a hazard for road users and non-motorised users alike. The defect has been present for approximately 1 month, but its severity has worsened in recent days. The kerb unit is loose and requires replacement / re-setting. An area of the upper side of the kerbstone (east end) has fractured / broken off.

Blocked kerb offlet pipe and missing or infilled drainage grips, 31st January
Kerb offlet gully outlet pipe on east side of road, just north of 30mph sign is blocked, leading to ponding of surface water, which in turn is worsening black ice. On the west side of the road about 1 metre north of the footpath sign there should be a drainage grip to the ditch beyond, but there isn’t. This leads to surface water ponding on the west side of the road, before overflowing in a south east direction across the road, again leading to dangerous icy conditions. I can take more photos if needed.
