Banging super noisy drains when vehicles drive over them, 5th March
Loose drain covers all up the same road 4 in total ,must be a way to fit them better /quieter sounds like someone's shooting a high powered gun every 2 seconds causing disruption for all close by and businesses

Gravel and sand build up on road, 5th March
This junction has a build up of gravel and sand, as well as some pot holes. That I have to try avoid when both driving and riding a motorcycle. It is particularly dangerous on a motorcycle. This issue has been present for at least 2 years now but has been gradually worsening.

Loose stones and uneven surface, 5th March
Over time loose stones have piled up at this junction and as a motorcyclist, its become dangerous for me to now avoid these and prevent sliding off - very dangerous. The uneven surface as you travel up the slip road has also become hazardous as most of the time drivers move into the off ramp side to avoid the potholes, causing more danger. Please remove stones at the bottom and fix on ramp eastbound ASAP

Flooding, 7th January
Who is accountable for this flooding not being cleared? Nobody seems to be making any effort whatsoever to do anything about it and in the meantime all local roads and verges are getting destroyed by vehicles totally unsuitable for such small roads.

These are extremely dangerous potholes on a fast exit from an a road. I have had to replace 2 tyres due to hitting them. And they are unavoidable

Two large ridges, 3rd January
There two large ridges in the road, one at the start of the slip road and one as you get nearer the a14 - a bit like a tree root has caused a sharp lump across the slip road - which is not good for cars attempting to accelerate to join the a14, they are very harsh ridges getting worse

Large tree branches have fallen on the roof of my house at 103 Eastgate street, and the side entrance. The large tree sits on a patch of land close to the A14 flyover, 31st December
The branches pose a significant health and safety risk to me, my property and potentially to pedestrians walking along Eastgate street, who come very close to the large amount of overhanging branches. West Suffolk Council have said they do not cover the patch of land under the tree, but there is a clear, red sign on the land saying do not enter, and a small gate with a substantial padlock and steel cabinet. Please can you confirm if you have any responsibility for the land. I’m concerned that the pedestrians on the footpath could be struck if further branches fall onto the foot path. Please can you advise if you are responsible for maintaining this patch of land, and, if so can you help with removal of the branches on my roof. Many thanks, Jon Hornsey.

White lines east and westbound on A14 between Bury St Edmunds and J47 are very faded and have lost all reflective usefulnes, 4th December
The white line road markings east and westbound between Bury St Edmunds and J47 Woolpit, are very faded and have lost all reflective usefulness. I use this stretch of road daily before daylight and late evening. The road markings and cats eyes are no longer fit for purpose and this lack of clearly visible markings potentially creates a danger to road users. Please can this hazard be addressed?
