POTHOLE *AVOID* Just off the Elmswell roundabout., 28th February
Pothole adjacent to the reoccurring pothole that continuously spews out water. Pothole in line with both NS & OS tyres, avoid at all costs. I was fortunately, one of the lucky drivers this evening where I didn't get a flat or crack my rim. However, as you can see it has scuffed my alloy and ripped my tyre.

Poor utility repair, 26th February
Dip where utility has not properly reinstated the road. This fills with water, partly due to insufficient drainage, and the water splashes out of the dip every time a vehicle passes. It's easy to find the location as the soil on the verge has no grass growing and shows gravel because the water keeps washing the mud off.

Large, deep pothole, 21st January
I discovered this pothole as I was driving towards Therford. It was very dark and hidden by rainwater also. The clunk and bump it caused my car was very unnerving- it was too dangerous to stop as it is on a slight bend. I was unable to see how deep it was as I could not stop. I fear it is a danger to other drivers and cyclists- especially in the dark.

Poor upkeep of road, 12th January
Agmax - fully loaded trucks exiting Agmax and spilling mnaterial ont he road. This in turn is causing a backup of dirt on the verge and is deceasing the size of the road making it very narrow as you pass. very dangerous when a car or truck is coming in the oposite direction. The edge needs to be skimmed back to the actual verge.....

Drain blocked at beginning of Hawk End Lane, 19th December
There is a constant flood at the beginning of Hawk End Lane. There is a drain right where the flood is but it is constantly full. This has been going on for 10+ years, however, it is only in the last few years it hasn't subsided. I believe the authorities tried to unblock it recently but failed and have made no further attempts.

Water run off through our property from Warren Lane, 11th December
We get a lot of water run off from Warren Lane through our property even when rain is not that heavy. We believe that this should not happen and that the Highways Agency have a responsibility to prevent this as it causes us issues with flooding. Could someone please get in touch regarding this?

Uneven surface, 29th October
Contraflow changed sides last week, the quality of the new surface that's now being used for traffic is ABYSMAL in BOTH directions, there are numerous defects in the surface currently being used, new tarmacadam should be flat, smooth and even, if that half has cost £18million then payment should be withheld, I believe the surface was better before it was dug up and relaid.

Brand new road just finished and it’s bumpy and not even smooth, 26th October
Brand new road surface just finished east bound towards Ipswich from Woolpit which has taken 6 months which I assume would be complete as what’s the point in starting the opposite side until the previous is done, as now they will have to shut the side which is meant to be complete again to top it! I hope Woolpit/-tot hill isn’t complete because that’s embarrassing and a waste of money.
