Collapsed drain cover, 7th November
When the main road through Chedburgh was resurfaced in the summer the workforce stored some of the materials in Lancaster Close. This resulted in a collapsed drain cover / manhole. They put a road cone on top of it and it’s been there ever since. At least three months. Residents have to walk in the road to avoid it. Please can someone come and fix this and whilst they’re at it kill off the slimy moss that’s growing in the pavement making it slippery underfoot.
