Flickering Street Light, 12th February
Dear Sir / Madam,
I live at Pye Cottage, 2 Wellington Road (IP23 7BG). The street light right outside my house is flickering all night long, meaning I cannot get any sleep as it is going on and off continuously. Please please can this be fixed immediately. It's bad enough that we are in lock down, but this is making matters a lot worse as I am so tired. I feel like I am going delirious.
