Persistant flooding, 20th March

This section of road has been flooded continuously for the past 3 months. I have to drive through it every day to get to work and nothing is being done about it. The ditch to the south side which runs along Harleston road and into Vaunce's lane is full and clearly not draining any water away.

Raw sewage on road and in ditches, 22nd November

Wed, 22 Nov 2023 12:03:14 +0000
52.399585 1.231465

We have raw sewage being pumped on to the road and into the ditch, the water is deep, disgusting and extremely smelly, Its make living here unbearable animals have been getting sick. Many people use this section of the road, we are having to wash our cars down after driving through it and we are unable to walk that way out of our house. I am worried that this water is going into the ditches that feed streams and will be effecting wildlife.

Believe a farmer/contractor started a pile of old wood, tyres and other rubbish a couple of years ago when cleaning out drainage ditches and a pond but it has been there ever since and it looks like others are adding to the pile. Also noticed rat activity whilst walking the dog recently

Street lighting, 7th December

I am a paraplegic wheelchair user, and a few years ago our council removed our much needed Street lights, I live on a very dangerous 40 mph road, and the cars pass at very high speeds. Just recently one evening I pushed myself up the pavement to take a little exercise and to visit a friend, it was so dark I couldn't even see the pavement, obviously I can't use a torch, and I slipped off the the edge of the kerb and nearly fell out of my wheelchair into the road. Apart from myself there are a lot of older people that live on my road including Culrose old people's home. Please could you find out why they removed our street lights.
